Coaching Cambridge University Entrepreneurs

I have a theory that a co-created relationship with a leadership coach drives a chain of positive outcomes, that coaching is a powerful catalyst for personal and professional well-being.

I had the incredible honor of piloting a coaching program with The Entrepreneurship Hub at Wolfson College, Cambridge. This initiative empowered entrepreneurs to discover their inner leaders through deep-dive assessments, unlocking new levels of awareness and aspiration.

Building Leadership Networks

I believe ecosystems are the secret to human flourishing. An ecosystem gives life to all interconnected entities, fostering collaboration, high-value exchange, the crossing of sector boundaries, and growth for the common good.

As a Senior Investment Manager for Public Impact at Ambassador Enterprises, a private equity firm with a portfolio of 70 companies in diverse industries across 32 states, I work to discover and develop leadership ecosystems. My role involves partnering with leadership organizations to enhance their capacity for collaboration and catalyze their collective agency for regenerative innovation and growth.

Consulting with Hollywood at Cambridge

I believe art is a mirror of who we are, and collaboration among artists from different fields produces a dynamic synergy that transcends individual creativity, leading to beautiful expressions of our shared humanity.

Back in my Cambridge days, I had the privilege of serving as a research consultant for National Geographic Channel documentaries, where I rubbed elbows with some of Hollywood’s finest, including Yassine Abounouom, Driss Marzak, Nabil Ghaouat, and Michelle Upton, behind epic productions like The Hunger Games, Game of Thrones, and Gordon Ramsay TV Series.

Turns out, artists need polymaths as guardians of historicity to bring their cinematic visions to life. I gave them research; they knew how to make research look good. They beatified it for a Grierson Trust Award nomination, extending the documentary's reach to over 435 million homes across 173 countries.

I'm a master of digging up information from all corners of world history. That’s not that big of a deal when there are 100+ libraries in Cambridge.

Content Ideation

I'm a creative sky of narratives, helping the brainy bunch from Princeton, Harvard, and Cambridge brainstorm ideas that bring history to life.

Script Development

I'm a wordsmith armed with a red pen, ensuring the script reads like a blockbuster hit.
